Dillman's will work with you to create plans for anything from small remodeling projects to custom-designed homes. No project is too big or small.
We know Universal Design (the design of products and environments to be usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design)
and can create plans for older and maturing adults to remodel their homes to allow aging-in-place.
The steps are easy:
- We meet with you to discuss your project and find out exactly what you want. You supply a plat and we take lots of pictures. I will quote a price for the work and set up a payment schedule prior to starting the work.
- We create a preliminary drawing and go over it with you.
- The drawings are revised if needed.
- We provide you with complete working drawings for your project and specifications in accordance with the International Residential Code and state and local codes.
